 The commercial themes link at the top of theme directory pages could be
 construed as a heading for themes below instead of a link to somewhere
 else. I think it should be more clear this is a link to elsewhere and not
 a heading for content below. Perhaps with different styling and/or
 modified link text.

 Maybe have the background be the same as the main page and the link text
 followed by a right arrow.
