Comment:

 Created the slack user group and assigned the initial set of users based
 on `npm owner ls  @wordpress/block-library`.

 Get in touch with a slack admin, or #meta to add/remove people from the
 group. There's plenty of admins who have access to do so. Unfortunately
 Slack doesn't allow groups to self-manage membership.
