Comment:

 Not sure if [attachment:"5696.1.patch"] is the right approach - editing
 the bbpress template inside the theme, but I couldn't find a filter for
 that notice.

 Also, maybe we can coordinate the CSS styling of [ticket:3999 #meta3999]
 with this one, to get rid of redundant rules, since the logic is the
 almost the same for small screens.
