 @hlashbrooke was talking to Matt about this, and he's going to add a few
 of the ones suggested above.

 Matt also had the idea of being able to add individual posts from any
 site, without having to add the site's entire feed. I put together a quick
 version of that yesterday, and am going to test it out on make.w.org/test.
