Comment:

 While I don't hate this idea, unfortunately it's not super easy to
 implement due to how Trac works.

 Unfortunately I'm going to close this as a `maybelater` as theres a very
 minimal benefit here, and a more likely chance of simply notifying even
 more people who don't necessarily want to receive updates.
