 The site is still not SSL enabled. I faced a weird issue because of this
 today.

 Listing down the steps:
 - I clicked on the http URL to the firehose listed on
 https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/
 - After clicking, my browser (Brave) attempts to redirect automatically to
 the https version of the site and fails to load
 - When I opened the link on Chrome and it works fine
