 To follow up on this, I wanted to note that I added an automated welcome
 message for the #core-editor channel that will message any individual who
 joins the channel. This was discussed across two different meetings for
 core editor [including this past
 week]https://make.wordpress.org/core/2020/11/26/editor-chat-summary-25th-
 november-2020/.

 A few notes for anyone doing this in the future:
 - To prevent URL previews from unfurling, use backticks!
 - This guide from slack is pretty helpful for getting this setup:

 - Highly recommend testing in a separate slack install and having others
 review before trying to ship items. I repeatedly almost shipped something
 that wouldn't have worked well :D
