 I'm personally not a huge fan of that, as then it's possible to have a
 different banner in WordPress vs on WordPress.org, although I guess that's
 not really something most people would care for dealing with anyway, and
 realistically most people would just accept the stretched on w.org (or
 shrunk in wp-admin) and only create one of the sizes.
