 Theme Directory / Theme Previews:
 Add support for using starter content as the base for Theme Previews.

 This is currently limited to the 3 default themes which support starter
 content while
 evaluating how well this works, and finding what this doesn't work with.

 TwentyTwenty and TwentyTwentyOne required some hard-coded require's as
 they don't load starter content in a way which is accessible to the theme
 previewer, but other than that, with some tweaks to some code supplied by
 @dinhtungdu I was able to get this working very well for https://wp-
 themes.com/twentyseventeen/, https://wp-themes.com/twentytwenty/, and
 https://wp-themes.com/twentytwentyone/
