 Sponsored contributors have a "Sponsored" label in their Contributions
 section on WordPress.org profile, though apparently it can be set
 separately from participating in a Five for the Future pledge.

 For contributors that do participate in a Five for the Future pledge, it
 looks like the pledge data is available to profiles, so it would make
 sense to add a link in the Contributions section to that pledge on the
 [https://wordpress.org/five-for-the-future/ Five for the Future site].
