 Various XML sitemaps on wordpress.org contain references to top-level
 pages, which incorrectly omit a trailing slash.

 E.g., the XML sitemap at https://wordpress.org/plugins/sitemap-1.xml
 contains a reference to `https://wordpress.org/plugins`. This should be
 `https://wordpress.org/plugins/`.

 The same issue exists for themes
 (https://wordpress.org/themes/sitemap-1.xml) and news
 (https://wordpress.org/news/sitemap-1.xml)
