 Some Locales don't have any forum but use `locale.wordpress.org/support`
 to provide a localized helphub (documentation) instance.

 However, the homepage of their helphub website displays a forum search
 widget in the header and some forum-related informations in the footer.

 It would be nice to provide a simple way to hide forums sections from
 localized helphub sites that don’t use forum feature. I think a customizer
 option would probably be the easiest way to hide these sections.

 Workaround patch coming.
