 It would be beneficial to have a view that lists flagged users.

 This would of course be a restricted view for moderators, and should show:
 - The flagged user
 - Who flagged them
 - When they were flagged
 - When they last interacted on the forum (most recent topic/reply)

 There's no way of knowing how many flagged accounts exist, and this would
 help to not only keep tabs on that, but also to be able to more reliably
 check in on older flagged accounts and then more reliably remove their
 flag in a timely manner.
