 We still want support areas to be indexable here though, as users may
 still be seeking help with their plugins, even if said plugin is old
 (since the age of a plugin doesn't mean it wont' work after all), no?

 So even if we're not actively promoting the plugin it self, usesr looking
 for an existing answer should be able to find it. (especially given that
 we use google search internally on w.org, this becomes double important
 not to exclude content?)
