 The recent addition of the Expand/Contract button for forum topics' code
 sections does not appear to take into account the horizontal scrollbar for
 long lines.
 This leaves the vertical scrollbar still there for 1 line's worth.

 function/
 See attached for how it looks in Firefox.

 A similar formatting is done in the Code Reference, but the vertical
 scrollbar is not shown, as it is outside the code container. An example is
