 Hi there @littlescooter, and welcome to the Meta Trac.

 This is the place for reporting issues, and making enhancement suggestions
 for the WordPress.org ecosystem.

 Your problem is with a third party site which has no relation to
 WordPress, but makes use of the WordPress software for their website.

 WordPress is open source software, made freely available, and users may
 download it, use it, and even modify it as they them selves wish.

 In light of this, there is no control over external sites by WordPress as
 a software provider, and you will have to take any payment disputes up
 with your payment issuer (your bank, creditcard provider or similar).

 ---

 As this ticket has no relation to WordPress.org, beyond referencing a site
 that uses WordPress, I'm marking it as `invalid` for tracking purposes
 (it's the closest status available for a closed case that can not be
 remedied by the meta team)
