 Since we want to encourage theme authors to start experimenting with the
 full site editing feature and block patterns, we agreed to add new tags to
 the themes API that would accommodate that.

 I've added two new tags: `full-site-editing` and `block-patterns`.

 I'll create a core ticket for the `get_theme_feature_list` function as
 well (fallback).
