 Just going to sum this ticket up with current status:

 > Comments on a rating are currently new feed items resulting in them
 being imported as another review (when they're not), they should be on a
 separate feed.

 Seems fixed with bbPress2

 > The feed should include the star rating, at least as a numeric value.

 > It should have the title include the user’s name and plugin’s name, for
 example "Mark Zahra on WP RSS Aggregator". It should also remove the word
 "Support” from the plugin's name.

 This changed significantly from the old forums, the new feeds include the
 author in the individual item, and the feed description is `[Plugin Name
 Here] Reviews` or `[Plugin Name Here] Support` which is the same as the
 rest of the forums titles.

 I think that's possibly #4867, but is also core bbPress behaviour I
 believe and something that would need to be filed upstream.

 /feed to the URL, however, those who don't know about it would struggle to
 find it.

 I'm going to mark this ticket as fixed, as I think everything is either
