 This is to request for small banners about the BuddyPress 2020 Survey atop
 buddypress.org, codex.buddypress.org, and developer.buddypress.org. This
 akin to what we did to promote BP's 2016 and 2018 surveys.

 I have already created a patch for this but will upload it after
 BuddyPress 6.0.0 is launched on May 14, 2020. Thank you :D
