 I don't know if this data exist or can be extracted from current stats
 data.

 I'm GTE for nb_NO.

 To know which projects to prioritize, I need statistics. Global statistics
 may not be significant for a 0.2% "community" like Norwegian speakers.

 I would like the stats pages under
 https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/nb/default/stats/ to show the most
 used plugins/themes in my locale.

 I guess there must be a low limit here, or else the stats may be
 insignificant, like 0.01% or a fixed number using the locale.
