New description:

 Changeset [9607] introduced folding for long codeblocks, however Expand
 and Contract handles are not localized,
 example:
 https://de.wordpress.org/support/topic/post-einstellungen-von-stackable-
 im-gutenberg-editor-funktionieren-nicht/#post-81610

 "Expand" should say "Erweitern"
 and "Contract" - "Vertrag"

 Same goes for all other Rosetta forums.
