Comment:

 I'm going to go with a `maybelater` here.

  - Most contributor teams self-organise in Slack now, which has the TZ
 feature.
  - Everything we do is more async than sync, and everyone has different
 availability hours anyway, so knowing it's between 9-5 for someone isn't
 very useful when they contribute between 8pm-11pm (or 5-7am for the early
 risers)
