 I think you're right.

 Following through the links, https://fa.wordpress.org/ links to http://wp-
 persian.com/ which links to http://wp-persian.com/codex/ which looks like
 the new Codex home.
 I don't speak the language however, so other than it being a familiar
 layout I'm not able to confirm everything is the same :)

 cc @dedidata @mani_monaj @saeedfard @gonahkar do one of you know the
 history behind the site? is the wp-persian.com/codex site the correct one
 that should replace this?
