 I'm on board with that. I was merely amending your patch (or perhaps more
 accurately proposing a follow-up patch) to make the "Problem 2" check
 actually only check that the trademark is at the beginning of the slug as
 opposed to anywhere in the slug (e.g. checking `strpos()` returns literal
 `0` instead of simply not being false, as currently being checked).

 I didn't intend to suggest that my code snippet above was to preclude your
 separate messaging for banned words and banned start words. So it sounds
 like we're in agreement.
