 Research:

 1. We inject that field using the `bbp_theme_after_topic_form_title` hook.
 2. There is a js file in bbPress `templates/default/js/editor.js` which
 hijacks the browsers tabbing.

 We would have to submit a patch to get that working. Alternatively, moving
 the field below the `textarea` would solve the issue. The title and
 content always want to stay together.
