Comment:

 This is not a defect. Yahoo blocks our emails, we have been unable to make
 them stop, so all Yahoo domains are blocked from creating new accounts.

 Don't use Yahoo email with our systems, it won't work, and we can't get
 them to fix it. Tried for years.
