 Hello,

 The new PR syncing is awesome. Might I suggest it trigger some keywords on
 Trac.
 At minimum am thinking it should add `has-patch`, but possibly auto-add
 `needs-testing`.
 And potentially have it remove `needs-patch` and `needs-refresh`.

 *Also may not be possible but if unit tests are part of the PR maybe add
 `has-unit-tests`.
