 I have this plugin [https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-checkout-offers-
 lite/] in which if you little scroll down you will see in right sidebar
 under heading **Support** -  0 out of 1.  It means one issue left to
 solve, Ok then now click over support tab from top menu and then reach to
 the list of support threads it seems that ticket is solved.

 And this issue is from long time and only with this plugin.
