 Could you let us know the string(s) in question next time you see it? It'd
 help in digging into the data to see a) why it's being suggested b) if it
 should realistically be suggested and c) if there is a common thread to
 the why in it's existence.

 My understanding is that they should only come up if they've been
 suggested for a similar string before (and perhaps was rejected by another
 editor? Or maybe it's in use elsewhere it shouldn't, etc), but it could
 also be due to how the memory works being too over-eager in matching
 (which we'd need an example to check).
