 I've uploaded a patch ([attachment:"5303-translations.diff"]) that checks
 for `wp_set_script_translations` & warns if it's not found. It's not a
 block directory requirement, but I've come across a bunch of block
 directory plugins that have translations but don't add it— so the
 translations don't work. I'm just not sure if the block checker is the
 right place for a check like this, or if we should stick to
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/24125 improving
 documentation.]
