 Templates like https://make.wordpress.org/marketing/pledges/ and
 https://make.wordpress.org/design/pledges/ have various quality and SEO
 issues. The following should be addressed:

 - Lazy loading should be added to avatar images (via a 'loading="lazy"'
 attribute).
 - The page title should be appropriate (E.g., 'Marketing team pledges –
 WordPress.org').
 - The 'next' tag is erroneously present, and links to /page/2/ of the
 'make blog' in question
