 A filter for plugin search results would be very useful. For example, when
 I search for "payment gateway", there are 90 pages of plugin results. Some
 filter criteria that would be helpful to make results more relevant
 include last updated, active installations, average rating, % support
 issues resolved in last two months, tested up to, and PHP version.
