 Post appears in Unresolved Topics list, with zero replies. When clicked,
 it actually has several replies dating about a week old, and the topic has
 been marked Resolved. OP mentions he accidentally posted twice, and this
 is a duplicate, but the link he provides to the original copy only brings
 up this duplicate.

 It behaves as if the original was redirected to the duplicate, but the
 Unresolved Topics list is still picking up the meta of the original.
