I don't know on what do you mean 'proposal', on WCEU or on his blog Matt
as I probably remember introduced Five for the Future program, and sayd
that they want both organizations to be reported, you just mark them on
separate sections. Now I'm foced to select that checkbox if I want to fill
the data, so the option is not given or asked to give a false information.
This is a bug in "Apply for Five for the Future". The feature is missing,
there should be not a checkbox, but a dropdown how the organization works:
a) GPL-Compliant & EU/Australian Law Compliant
b) 100% GPL, available only in US and Canada
