 Hi,
Matt on WordCamp 2019 said (I believe it was WCEU), that for the "Five for
the future" program, they expect and want that all organizations would
report that are GPL-compliant, just you will list in separate sections
 that:
 1) Organizations, that **does NOTrespect European Union's Directive on
Copyright in the Digital Single Market**, **Australian Law** and **French
Law**, but does 100% GPL, meaning they do not pay to authors for use of
their images, etc.) - and sooner or later will be fined be European
 Comission. (read more here:
 ignoring-copyright-law])
 2) Organizations, that **does respect European Union's Directive on
Copyright in the Digital Single Market**, **Australian Law** and **French
Law**, and launch GPL-compliant products, meaning they USE i.e. so MIT-
framework and bind all variables and templates via it's binding engine and
so that plugin would itself would not be needed to be GPL, just GPL-
compliant, and they do pay copyright fees for photo, video authors, and
 respect their licenses.

So how to apply for five for the future, mark down that our organization
gives 500 hours of engineering Word regarding improving WordPress, and to
mark down that we are GPL-compliant, but we don't ever want to be 100%
GPL, because we respect authors and trademarks as well, as well as we
respect EU and Australian laws, and we don't want to be in the list of
companies who got fined 5% fee for developing a websites and taking a
 copyrighted material.
