 @helgatheviking Got It.

 I am by no means an Accessibility expert, but I think we could change that
 button to a div and add `role="button"` to achieve the same affect.

 I'll do some research and circle back.

 Although the anchor tag (#) does exist, it think it would be bizarre to
 have it in the toggle for a collapsible section.
