 It would be useful to sync the ''final'' comment left on a review of a
 pull request to the linked Trac ticket. These comments often contain
 important information such as what testing steps the reviewed performed.

 It's not necessary, I think, to sync the ''inline'' review comments since
 these are highly specific to the code changes.
