 I'm looking at the schema block on https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins
 /wordpress-seo/, and I think we can just copy + adapt that safely.

 Aside from adapting all of the field values (names, images, descriptions,
 etc). I think the only difference in the structures is that the value of
 `applicationCategory` should be "Theme".
