New description:

There's a plugin with a slug of 'wp-json', which is rendered 'invisible',
 as requests to https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-json/ return a wp-json
 response for the plugins repository.

The existence of this plugin 'behind' the json response causes issues
(it's included in our plugins XML sitemap, and has legacy footprints etc).

Given that it's obviously archaic + dead (see
 https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/wp-json), not least in part
because it's been "hidden" for a long time, can we remove/delete it?
