Comment:

 I've altered the Theme Previewer to rely upon the requested path rather
 than using cookies.

 You should be able to open several themes side by side and navigate around
 without loosing the displayed theme now.
 eg:

 https://wp-themes.com/twentyseventeen/
 https://wp-themes.com/twentytwenty/
