 I've removed the incorrect screenshot :)

 Paypal has a built-in 180 day refund limit, I'm not sure if that's
 something the WordCamp team can work around (It's a hard-coded Paypal API
 limitation AFAIK, Paypal might be able to change it on a per-account
 basis, I don't know).

 I've passed this ticket onto the WordCamp team with the hope that they'll
 be able to work through it with the team though.. But given the nature of
 the issue, this is something better off worked out directly with your
 WordCamp Central contacts than Meta tickets.
