 Requests to XML sitemap URLs, such as
 https://wordpress.org/themes/sitemap.xml, https://wordpress.org/themes
 /sitemap-index-1.xml, https://wordpress.org/plugins/sitemap-index-1.xml
 currently redirect and append a trailing slash.

 This should not occur; the redirect should be removed/prevented.
