 Currently to move a thread into the Plugin/Theme support forums, a
 moderator is required to load wp-admin, add the appropriate taxonomies,
 and then change the forum to 'Plugins' or 'Themes'.

 It'd be much easier if there was a move-to-plugin/theme option available
 in the thread view.
