 The page at https://login.wordpress.org/ should ''not'' output a meta
 robots tag.

 This should only apply to the login 'homepage', and not to other 'pages'
 (e.g., https://login.wordpress.org/wp-login.php).

 This is an intentional reversal of a previous change, since it's become
 apparent that this thread - https://wordpress.org/support/topic/my-
 account-login/ - is receiving 100k+ clicks per month for searches for
 "wordpress login" and similar.
