#5401: Left side menu not working same as top menu

 When we open https://wordpress.org/about/ on mobile, When I click on the
 top profile picture, The sub menu is open and after click on any other
 place outside of the dropdown, The menu automatically closed. That's
 working fine.  But the same thing are not working on the Left sidebar
 menu. It will better if the left side menu is working same as top profile
 menu.
