 Hello, just wanted to share an enhancement thought on duplicate Trac
 tickets.

 In many cases when a ticket is closed as duplicate the concerned parties
 often miss further updates on the parent ticket. Was thinking it would be
 helpful if when a commit is made to the parent ticket any duplicate
 tickets would get an update with that commit message so those ticket
 creators get notified their issues has been resolved with a commit.

 Thoughts?
