New description:

The sidebar on individual Make posts - like
 https://make.wordpress.org/marketing/2020/08/25/agenda-global-wordpress-
marketing-team-meeting-26-august-2020/ - contains 'To do' and 'Done'
links, which append `?resolved=unresolved` or `?resolved=resolved` to the
 URL respectively.

This filtering doesn't make sense in the context of an individual post,
and results in enormous URL bloat across the Make sites.

We should remove these links from this (individual post) template, across
all Make sites where they're not actively used (e.g., Systems).
