#5391: Add RSS feed of GitHub label "UserDocumentation to #meta-helphub

 We added a new label on the Block editor repository "UserDocumentation" to
 triage closed issues for block editor End User documentation (= not
 developers) . To raise early awareness to changes the attention of writers
 on the team it would very helpful if [the RSS feed for those
 issue](https://rsshub.app/github/issue/WordPress/gutenberg/closed/UserDocumentation)
 could be pulled into the #meta-helphub Slack channel.

 This was [discussed in the #meta
 channel](https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/C02QB8GMM/p1597351303458900)
 and amont the various options, this RSS feed solution by @pascal seems to
 be the most viable.
