 Followed up on this, it's a deliberate change as WordPress.com sites have
 a 200GB technical limitation on uploads.

 WordPress.TV is a special site though and bypasses that limit.

 I've followed up with the a8c team to find out if there's a way to display
 the correct size for this site, but if it's not easily possible I might
 just close this as `wontfix`.
