#4734: Allow alternative to Gravatar for Speaker Images

Not everyone has a Gravatar setup, and asking someone non-technical to do
this isn't always a 'smooth procedure'. In our case, our WordCamp is new,
and so a good portion of our speakers are not from the WP community,
they’re marketers, designers etc. less technical people, and asking them
to create a gravatar (which in turn means a wp.com ) account, is more
difficult than just asking them to email their photo.

A solution to this would be (and tbh, how I expected it to work), allowing
Featured Images on the Speaker post type, then some frontend logic to use
that image if it exists, otherwise use gravatar.
